Trendy Tots Link Up!

Welcome to our monthly trendy tots link up! Today I'm sharing with you a fabulous little swim company I ran across called SwimZip. SwimZip is a company that customizes in UV proof swimwear that is not only safe, but stylish as well. Asher is extremely fair complected and when we are outside I always have to have some sort of sun protectant on him. With summer in full swing I was a little nervous as to what I was going to put on Asher when we were at the pool, etc that would keep him safe, cool, and sunburn free. I seen Swim Zip on the Today show awhile back and knew that that would be the perfect solution to my fair skinned boy. 

We are currently using the "Hang 10" rash guard set that SwimZip carries and absolutely love! The first day I put it on Asher I was so impressed by the quality of the swimwear. It's soft, cool, and zips in the front which makes it super easy to put on and take off... Also something little that I love so much is that the top of the zipper has a little piece of fabric to keep it from rubbing you little one.. Ummm perfection! You can totally tell a real mama put some amazing thought into these swimwear pieces. The swimwear blocks 98% of UVA/UVB rays and provides 50+ UV protection. This piece is also very functional. I pack the top in Asher's diaper bag for when we go to the park or he goes to daycare. 

Hands down I am super impressed with this amazing piece and company. Being proactive about healthy skin is an amazing thing and why not start it young. I wish something like this would have been around when I was a little girl!

Happy Wednesday Folks!

Badger: Review and Giveaway...

Let me start off by saying that I have been a huge fan of Badger products for sometime now... Before trying the products listed below, we were frequent users of the Badger Balm and Insect Repellent... My husband swears by the insect repellent... What I love about Badger is that their products are made with top quality ingredients that are gentle on the skin, but yet effective. Badger sent me four of their amazing products below and I had the opportunity to review them. They are also giving one lucky reader these four products to try as well! 

Review:

Zinc Oxide Diaper Cream - This is by far the best diaper ointment I have used to date... It's creamy, goes on smoothly, and smells good (not that diaper ointment smell)! Asher has a sensitive little tush and I apply this ointment in the evenings after his bath and by morning the rash is gone! And it stays gone... Doesn't reappear throughout the day like it has with other ointments. 

Baby Balm - I love the Badger Balm and this Baby Balm is perfect for my little monster. I applied this balm to dry patch areas Asher has on his legs and back and within a few days they were gone... I also will use this balm to massage his little feet with in the evenings... The balm isn't super greasy and a small amount goes a long way!

Camomile & Calendula Baby Soap - I haven't used bar soaps in the bath much with Asher, but I really liked this bar soap... It's smooth, silky, and cleans really well. I used it on myself as well in the shower and it left my skin feeling super soft... It cleans without striping your skin and leaving it dry like most soaps. 

Kids Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30 - This sunscreen is the perfect size for a diaper bag! It goes on smoothly, doesn't have a super heavy smell, and works! It isn't crazy greasy and thick like most sunscreens as well. This is probably my new favorite sunscreen to use.
