DISNEYLAND PT 1

We had so much fun on our mini vacation to Disneyland. This was our first little family vacation and we made some great memories. I'm so glad we crossed Disneyland off of our California bucket list and must say I'm already ready to go back! 

Here's a few photos, well more than a few, from our trip! Enjoy!

We spent a total of 2 1/2 days at the park and for our first day we did the California Adventure Park. California Adventure was full of so many fun things! And we were able to do everything we wanted to in a day. It had a lot of the newer Disney shows/characters and plenty of rides that Asher could ride. Radiator Springs (Cars) was by far his favorite. We enjoyed it as well! It seriously felt like we were in the movie! The park was super easy to get around as well and the employees were so very helpful to help us out/answer our questions. We ate lunch in Radiator Springs at Flo's Cafe and it was delicious! We ended the day with heading back to our hotel room and meeting some dear friends of ours for dinner.

WEEKEND LINKS

Happy weekend loves! We did our usual Saturday morning farmers market trip this morning. I was excited to see some fall harvest finally on the tables. I bought sweet potatoes and leeks, which I hadn't been able to buy in the past few months. We came back home to the internet being on the fritz... And I seriously spent an hour on the phone with Time Warner Cable.. Worst cable service EVER! We ended up getting it somewhat fixed, but of course a technician can't come out until 3 years from now... Well not that long, but you know what I mean.. Anyway we are taking Asher to a birthday party tonight and plan to take it easy.. Here are a few of my favorite finds from this past week!

OUR DINO-MITE WEEKEND

Our time here is California is coming to an end and we are trying to knock off as many things on our California bucket list as possible. This past weekend we took Asher to the famous Cabazon dinosaurs located just a few miles from Palm Springs. We had passed them many many times and we finally got a chance to visit. Asher had a ton of fun and so did Jacob and I. Our favorite part was climbing up to the very top of the T-Rex. If you have littles and are in the area I definitely recommend stoping!
