2 YEAR FAVORITES

Now that my sweet boy is 2, I figured I would share a few of his favorite items! We use most of these items on a daily basis! 

1. Plum Organics Nutrition Bars - These are a staple in Asher's diet. They are an easy go to for snacks, car rides, backpack, and are easy and not too messy to eat! 

2. Backpack - Asher's becoming more and more independent these days and loves to take all of his goodies with us when we go places. This mini bag is the perfect size for a few toys, a change of clothes and a handful of diapers. 

3. Tiny Hands Apps - Best apps ever! Shapes, sorting, counting, definitely worth every penny! 

4. Bruder Trucks - We bought Asher on of these for his birthday and he's been obsessed with it since. It's has so many neat things and is the perfect truck that will grow with him as he grows. There are tons to choose from! 

5. Fun Books - Books that have pull tabs, make sounds, slide, Asher loves books! 

6. Freshly Picked Moccs - Still our go to shoes. When I let him pick out his shoes for the day he always goes to his mocks. And I must say 2 year olds feet can get pretty stinky and his moccs have yet to smell... Now his other shoes are a different story! 

7. Munckin 360 Cup - This cup is a must! It teaches them to drink from a regular cup and is dentist approved! I just randomly bought it at Target one day and now I wish I would have bought the entire shelf of them!

11 Month Favorites....

11 months! Where has time gone! Next month I will be sharing a big ole favorite post wrap up with you... I seriously can't believe my sweet boy is almost a year old.. Im tearing up just typing this! Ugh! Here are our favorite products from this past month...

1. Nestle Baby Hair Lotion - Perfect for babes with curls. Asher has pretty curly hair in the back, but you could never tell because they were usually a frizzy mess from him laying on them. This lotion makes them smooth and pretty!

2. Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Music Table - I shopped around for our and was able to find it on a local yardsale site (brand new) for $10. This is great for littles who are standing. Asher will play at him music table for hours..

3. California Baby Bubble Bath - Bath time is probably our favorite time of day and this bubble bath from California Baby makes it even better... Smells fantastic and makes lots of bubbles!

4. Zoli Gummy Sticks - Asher has shown tons of interest in wanting to brush his teeth but of course he's too little for a toothbrush. These sticks from Zoli are perfect for cleaning gums and teeth and have a little stopper piece to keep babies from choking on it. Great for sore teeth and gums too! 

5. Fisher Price Learn to Scoop Spoons - We are working on our feeding ourself skills and these spoon are so fab! Small grooves in them which help with picking stuff up.. perfect for learning..

6. Divided Plates - great for self feeding as well...

10 Month Favorites....

Another month has passed... The first birthday party planning is in full swing! Can't believe my sweet boy will be the big 1 in a few months.. Here are our favorites from this past month...

1. Cardigans - Our house stays pretty cool and since it's summer I don't have many long sleeved tees for Asher. We love cardigans, especially this one from H&M... Great quality and affordable! 

2. Sensory Balls - Asher is starting to want to throw a ball back and fourth and these little sensory balls are perfect! 

3.Activity Walker - We love this little activity walker.. Asher has started take steps and loves to push this little toy around.. perfect for pre-walking! 

4. Happy Family Munchies - Great little healthy snack.

5. Hyland's Teething Tablets - Asher is cutting 4 teeth up top and these tablets are a lifesaver! Safe to use and help tremendously with pain. 

6. Comb/Brush Combo - Now that Asher's hair is getting long, this little comb and brush let is perfect for taming his wild do. 

7. Blocks - We have both wooden and these rubber blocks. Great for fine motor skills!

9 Month Favorites...

1. Baseball Cap- With Asher's fair skin and the overly sunny days here in SoCal, I always keep a hat on the little guy. Right now we are loving baseball caps, especially this St. Louis one! GO CARDS!

2. Honest Company Sunscreen- not greasy, very light but gets the job done!

3. Baby Outdoor Swing- If you follow me on Instagram @everythingemilyblog you probably know that we are huge fans of our outdoor baby swing. I snatched ours up at a yardsale for $7! Asher could swing for hours if I would let him!

4. Nuk Gum Cleanser

5. Fisher Price Poppity Pop Musical Dino- A few other moms suggested this toy to me and it is a favorite in our household. 

6. Bath Toys- A must for bath time these days! 

What are some of your favorite items for a 9 month old?

7 Month Favorites....

Time for another wrap up of my monthly favorite items! Not to many new ones this month... Just this week I started to pack away baby items that Asher has already outgrown. Here are this months favorite must have items. 

1. Books- We love love love to read! And "Goodnight Moon" is a bedtime favorite in our household.
2. The Children's Place PJ's- I may have mentioned these before, but these are BY FAR my favorite pj's for little boo. And you can usually get them on sale as well. 
3. Quilt- This is a necessity! We like to walk to the park when the weather is nice and it's always handy to have a quilt packed. Asher received quite a few beautiful quilts before he was born from friends and family. We love each and every one of them!
4. Happy Family Happy Puffs- I've started to give Asher a few of these here and there per the doctors "okay" of them and he loves them. Jacob and I get a kick out of watching him pick them up with his little hands and find his mouth. These dissolve quickly so they are safe and easy for baby to eat. 
5. Table Toppers- These are great to take along when we go out to eat. They are an easy clean up for Asher and I can set puffs on the table without being freaked out by germs...
6. Vtech Move and Crawl Ball- Excellent toy! It rolls around and makes cute little nosies that Asher loves.

6 Month Favorites...

Quite a few favorites this past month... We started solids and little man loves them! Here are our favorite must have items from this past month.

1. Baby Food Pouches- Ella's Kitchen, Earth's Best, Happy Family, and Plum Organics are my favorites. These pouches are great to take along and easy to clean up. These are what I pack when Asher goes to the daycare/sitter. 
2. Munchkin Baby Bowls-  These are the best. ever. and only like $3 at Target.
3. Freshly Picked Baby Moccs- By far my favorites pair of shoes Asher owns. They stay on his little feet so well and are super stylish! Asher loves to chew on them too! We have the suede blue ones and love them! I HIGHLY recommend these!
4. Baby Bullet- I snatched one of these off of a local yardsale website for hardly nothing and love it. The cookbook, storage containers, and switchable blades make it super easy for me to whip up a batch a baby food in no time. 
5. Nuk Learner Sippy Cup- Let me just say after trying 4 different kinds of sippy cups this one is by FAR my favorite. Asher had no problem using it as well! 
6. Fisher Price Laugh Learn Love to Play Puppy- Excellent toy and has lots of features! Asher loves to chew on his ears haha! 
7. Baby Bibs- A must! 
8. Highchair- We love the Fisher Price Space Saver Highchair. It's perfect for our little house and it reclines in 3 different positions which is nice! It's very easy to clean as well!

What are some of your baby must have items? I've been looking for some good interactive toys for a 6 month old.. Any recommendations? I love hearing from you all!

3 Month Favorites...

Here are my favorite items for month #3! I use all of these items on a daily basis. 

Activity Gym- We have the Fisher Price Discover 'n Grow Kick and Play Piano Gym and Asher loves it. We have fun watching him make little tunes with the piano!

Burt's Bees Baby Bee Multipurpose Ointment- We have had our fair share of diaper rashes this past month and I've found that this ointment does the trick. I've also used it on his dry skin patches and it really helps. 

Baby Gap Slub Pants- Let me just say that Baby Gap is by far my favorite place to shop for Asher. Not only is their selection for boys adorable, but their clothes wash up really well and are VERY true to size. These Slub pants are my favorite things to put on him.... comfy and cute! 
Rockabye Lullaby Songs- These are lullaby renditions of bands like Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, Guns n Roses, and The Beatles. There is a station on Pandora (completely free), but Asher likes these tunes so much I've bought a few of them off Itunes. I don't mind listening to them too! 
Sophie the Giraffe- Asher loves her! _______
